- Households can purchase coal based on a sign-up, having submitted a correctly filled-out form with the relevant attachments – DOWNLOAD.
- You can sign up at LWB head office, from Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- LWB reserves the right to fulfill the received order in whole, in part, or to refuse to fulfill it.
- Payment by payment card on the sign-up date or by payment card/in cash on the collection date, BLIK.
- Coal collection: in person by the purchaser or by a nominated representative.

- Sales fulfilled based on acceptance by LWB of a correctly submitted order
- LWB reserves the right to fulfill the received order in whole, in part, or to refuse to fulfill it.
- Sale based on a pre-payment prior to loading, based on LWB’s pro-forma invoice.
- Collection after notice via the B2B/Awizo application and the payment having been credited to LWB’s account.
- ECP or CI.
- The person collecting coal should present an identity document, the registration plate documents of the tractor and the semi-trailer, as well as the notice number generated by the B2B/Awizo application
