Company Social Benefit Fund Purchasing Platform

For the purposes of purchasing tourist, sports and cultural services for employees of Lubelski Węgiel “Bogdanka” S.A., which are co-financed by the Company’s Social Benefit Fund, we have developed a platform on which offers for such services may be placed.

Under the address: socjalny.lw.com.pl, we publish inquiries regarding types and destinations of tours, multiple entry tickets to sports facilities, trips to cultural events (such as concerts, performances), etc.

We invite you to present your proposals (after creating an account and logging in). All the offers accepted by the platform are visible to LW Bogdanka’s employees only after expiry of the term for accepting proposals in response to an individual inquiry. After the completeness of the offers has been verified, a list of all the offers made in response to a specific inquiry is presented to the Social Commission, which selects the most advantageous proposal for implementation (after a negotiation procedure). The proposal parameters evaluated include: value for money in the context of the entire scope of the service package offered, quality (the number and type of optional services included in the price, features of the proposed tourist facilities, etc.), as well as experiences gathered in earlier collaboration.
