Bogdanka supports MKS Lublin S.A.

Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka has established cooperation with MKS Lublin S.A., a legend of women's handball in Poland and one of the region's most recognisable sports brands. The sponsorship agreement includes the support for the PGE MKS El-Volt Lublin senior women's team, which participates in the Orlen Superliga Women's competition and European cups, as well as the youth teams run by the club.

MKS Lublin is a brand recognisable not only in our province, but all over Poland. For years, it has been linking professional sport at the top level with smart grassroots work and the education of the next generation of female athletes. As Bogdanka, we want to be a part of this mission - to support women's sport, promote a healthy lifestyle and develop our presence in the heart of the region from which we originate

- Zbigniew Stopa, President of the Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. says

The cooperation with MKS Lublin perfectly fits in Bogdanka's social responsibility activities - an investment in health, physical activity and positive role models for children and young people from the Lublin region. The club conducts extensive training activities, organises events to promote sport at schools and kindergartens and builds a development pathway from recruitment to first-team players.

We welcome another great brand to our club's partners. Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. is one of the largest companies in our region, a leader in the hard coal market in Poland, which covers the best sports teams in the Lublin area with its patronage. We are proud that PGE MKS El-Volt Lublin has been included in this group. It is the collaboration that is of great value to us, not only in business terms, but also symbolically. Lubelski Węgiel "Bogdanka" is a company deeply rooted in our region, focusing on consistency, stability and development, values that are also close to our team. I believe that thanks to this partnership, we will be able to achieve our mission even more effectively: promoting women's handball, developing the training of children and young people, building a strong and professional organisation and providing fans with sports emotions at the highest level. This is an important stage in the history of our club and I am convinced that jointly with Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. we will be able to reach for further ambitious goals and successes

- Tomasz Lewtak, President of the Management Board of MKS Lublin S.A. admits.

Supporting the club is a part of the Company's Sponsoring Activity Strategy for 2025-2026, and demonstrates the Company's long-term commitment to the development of sport and building of strong local community links.

MKS Lublin is a club that has for years combined passion for sports with education of young female athletes.
